Welcome to the Employee and Family Assistance Program (EFAP) page for Momentum Credit Union Ltd. Learn about the help available to you and your family through your EFAP.

Your EFAP is a 24/7/365, confidential and voluntary support service that helps employees and their families find the right options and solutions to resolve personal, health, family, or work-related challenges. Whether you want to improve communication in your relationships, stop smoking, or a find better way to manage personal finances, EFAP's counsellors and expert consultants can assist you in taking the steps that can lead to meaningful change. You and your immediate family members (as defined in your employee benefit plan) are eligible to access a range of EFAP services. The EFAP services are provided and paid for by your employer. There is no cost to you.

**Please note that due to the COVID-19 pandemic in-person supports may not be available. We will be following the advice and recommendations of provincial health authorities for resuming in-person services, and as such our response may vary across the country.
