IF YOU ARE TRYING TO EAT MORE VEGETABLES, HERE’S A FUN CHALLENGE FOR YOU.

Many of us tend to stick to the same few foods, especially when it comes to fruit and vegetables. We all know that vegetables are some of the healthiest foods we can eat but you may not realize that variety is as important as quantity.

Fruits and vegetables are major sources of several nutrients that are strongly linked to good health and will protect you from numerous diseases including cancer, diabetes, heart diseases, and have a positive effect upon blood sugar.

This challenge will help you build healthy eating habits by offering simple suggestions every day to increase fruits and vegetables into your diet.  By participating in the Start Fresh Challenge, you will track your consumption of fruits and vegetables and learn how to make them a part of your daily habits in an easy, affordable and sustainable way.

What to expect

  • Track your consumption of fruit and veggies every day using our custom tracker and pyramid. Start from the foundational beginning of one vegetable per day, AND work your way up the pyramid to earn more points.
  • Each day our coaches will post resources, tips or recipes and in our community forum.
  • The challenge kicks off with a FREE webinar on the 19th of January at 12 pm PT and runs for two weeks ending on the 2nd of February.
