These Terms of Use ("Terms", "Terms of Use") govern your relationship with http://www.fseap.ca website (the "Site") operated by FSEAP Canada (a program of Family Services Canada, and a licensed provider of FSEAP) ("us", "we", or "our"). These Terms set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use our website and services as offered by us. This website offers visitors information about employee and family assistance programs and workplace support services offered by FSEAP Canada and health and well-being information for general educational purposes. The content on this site is not intended to replace the relationship that you may have with your health care professional and is not intended as medical advice. By accessing or using the website of our service, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

  2. To provide our Users with ongoing customer assistance and technical support;

  3. To be able to contact our Visitors and Users with general or personalized service-related notices and promotional messages when requested;

  4. To create aggregated statistical data and other aggregated and/or inferred Non-personal Information, which we or our business partners may use to provide and improve our respective services;

FSEAP Canada may, without prior notice, change the services; stop providing the services or any features of the services it offers; or create limits for the services. FSEAP Canada, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and its licensors do not warrant that a) the Service will function uninterrupted, secure or available at any particular time or location; b) any errors or defects will be corrected; c) the Service is free of viruses or other harmful components; or d) the results of using the Service will meet your requirements.

If you breach any of these Terms and FSEAP Canada chooses not to immediately act, or chooses not to act at all, FSEAP Canada will still be entitled to all rights and remedies at any later date, or in any other situation, where you breach these Terms. FSEAP Canada does not waive any of its rights. FSEAP Canada shall not be responsible for any purported breach of these Terms caused by circumstances beyond its control. A person who is not a party to these Terms shall have no rights of enforcement.


You may not assign, sub-license or otherwise transfer any of your rights under these Terms.

 

Trademarks

The use of any logos or marks appearing throughout this website without the prior written permission of the trademark owner, except as permitted by applicable law, is prohibited.

 

Exclusions
