About the Event

Does this sound familiar? It's January 1st. You're eager to reach lofty goals so you hit the ground running. But the middle of the month rolls around and you already feel like you've fallen off course.

Enter the 10-day Mental Health Workout. Leading up to Bell Let’s Talk Day, MindBeacon will be running an employee challenge designed to make mental health part of their lifestyle. It’s a new year and that's a great time to commit to self-growth.

By registering for the workout, every day from Jan 17 - 26, you'll receive:

  • 5-minute mental health activities
  • Mood boosters to put a smile on their face
  • Pep rally invites to build the momentum

To end the challenge, we’ll be hosting a grand finale webinar event on Bell Let’s Talk Day (Jan 26th) with Dr. Khush Amaria around goal setting and incorporating mental health into their lifestyle for 2022.
